Theodora Richards agrees to plea deal

Theodora Richards has agreed to complete two days of community service as part of a plea deal she made in court today.

The daughter of Rolling Stones bassist Keith Richards faced a New York judge for drug and graffiti charges, but prosecutors were lenient because she had no prior criminal record.

The model, who has starred in campaigns for fashion houses including Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger was arrested on March 1 when she was caught drawing the letters T and A accompanied by a heart symbol on a building in New York’s Soho neighbourhood.

Theodora was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, reportedly a prescription painkiller.

The 25-year-old is due back in court on June 24 2011 to confirm she has completed the community service.
