Biden and Burris
Senate TARP Vote May Swing on Biden, Burris Votes

Democrats are bracing for a close vote in the Senate today on releasing the second $350 billion of the financial bailout program.
It's the first test of President-elect Barack Obama's ability to get his way with the new Democratic Congress.
Obama has been personally lobbying wavering senators who are unhappy with the way the first $350 billion of the Troubled Assets Relief Program has been spent and are reluctant to support spending another $350 billion. Democratic officials say Obama will continue calling individual senators today.
To get a sense of how close this vote may be, consider these two names: Biden and Burris.
