The works on legal auditing bound in this book were written between the months of July and December 2006 with the purpose of being disclosed to the publico n the Migalhas site.
They are eminenty practical propositions of fictitious cases created by the ingeniousness of the author, Jayme Vita Roso, lawyer and true creator, supporter and encourager of legal auditing in Brazil, as can be seen from the publication of his classic work "Auditoria juridical para a sociedade democrática" "Legal Auditing for a Democratic Society".
Everything points to the fact that this work is a preamble to the manual on legal auditing, currently being prepared, and it is expected to be published contemporaneously with the Brazilian Nation Congress’ approval of legal auditing as a new incumbency for lawyers.
The work is thought-provoking and, doubtless, will deserve the necessary reflection by those lawyers involved in this professional field.
